An aluminum honeycomb panel is a sandwich structure consisting of an aluminum Face Skin, PU adhesive, an Aluminum Honeycomb Core, a second PU adhesive layer and an aluminum Back Skin.
At Qitianmei, “all-aluminum” refers to the Face Skin, Back Skin and Honeycomb Core being aluminum.
The finished panel also contains PU adhesive and may include coatings, paint or decorative films.
