One material system
Aluminum from face to core.
An aluminum front skin and aluminum back skin are bonded to an aluminum honeycomb core. Skin thicknesses can be configured independently for each side.

Production process
Panel lamination at our Foshan facility.
Aluminum honeycomb cores are bonded with selected aluminum skins through panel lamination and pressing. Production follows the confirmed panel construction, size and surface requirements for each order.
