Production process
From materials to finished panels
An aluminum honeycomb panel is made by preparing the skins and core, applying the bonding system, assembling the layers, pressing and finishing the panel. The agreed specification guides the production and supply scope.
Bonding and pressing
Prepare the surfaces, apply adhesive, assemble the layers and press according to the selected process. Settings are specific to the bonding system and panel construction.
Panel and component preparation
Trimming, machining, edge treatment and hardware preparation depend on the ordered supply scope. For fabricated cabinetry or furniture, use the agreed drawings and component list.
Inspection and packing
Agree dimensional and appearance checks, edges, bond quality and any required functional checks. Protective film, strapping, timber frames or pallets can be discussed for the product and transport route.
