An aluminum front skin and aluminum back skin bonded to an aluminum honeycomb core, supplied as standard-size or custom-size panels for downstream interior fabrication.
The panel consists of an aluminum front skin, adhesive layer, aluminum honeycomb core, adhesive layer and aluminum back skin.
The standard aluminum foil thickness is 0.03 mm. Available cell specifications use the side length of the hexagonal cell as the measurement.
The standard panel size is 1220 × 2440 mm. Custom panels can be discussed up to 1550 mm wide and 5000 mm long, subject to the complete order specification.
Panels are mainly made to order. MOQ is 300 m², with different panel and skin thicknesses allowed in the same order. Mixed finish processes are reviewed case by case.
