What is the panel construction?
The panel is constructed with an aluminum front skin, adhesive layer, aluminum honeycomb core, adhesive layer and aluminum back skin.
What thickness range is available?
Overall panel thickness is available from 5 to 65 mm. Common symmetric skin combinations are listed on the specifications page; other combinations are reviewed per inquiry.
Can the front and back skins use different thicknesses?
Yes. Each aluminum skin can be specified from 0.3 to 2.0 mm, and the two sides may use different thicknesses.
What are the standard and maximum panel sizes?
The standard size is 1220 × 2440 mm. Custom panels can be discussed up to 1550 mm wide and 5000 mm long, subject to the full order specification.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is 300 m². Different panel thicknesses and skin thicknesses may be combined. Mixing different finish processes is reviewed case by case.
Can I request a sample?
A free sample up to approximately 200 × 200 mm can be provided. International shipping is paid by the buyer.
Are panels held in stock?
Panels are mainly made to order rather than supplied from regular finished-goods inventory.
