The general range is 5–65 mm. It includes skins, core and bonding layers. Core height and finished tolerances should be agreed as part of the build-up.

Aluminum honeycomb panel thickness guide
Specify overall panel thickness and aluminum skin thickness separately. Select both alongside the panel dimensions, span, supports and connections to suit the intended application.

Face and back skins
The general range is 0.1–2.0 mm each side, and the two sides may differ. Select skins together with finish, panel size, preparation and use.
Cabinet panel starting point
Cabinetry and furniture focus around 18 mm with 0.6 / 0.8 / 1.0 mm skin options. Specify shelves, doors, carcasses and backs individually, with back-panel thickness selected for the cabinet design.
Ceiling starting point
7 mm and 9 mm options use the dedicated face/back pairs on the ceiling page. Support and retention design, access and service loads are part of the complete assembly.
Weight, span and load
Finished weight depends on the skins, core, adhesive, finish and added parts. Load capacity depends on build-up, span, supports and connections. Include the required weight or loading conditions in your inquiry so the exact configuration and relevant evidence can be reviewed.
