Buyer guide

Choosing a surface finish

Choose the appearance and surface process together. Woodgrain, metallic and stone looks can be achieved through different processes. Match your preferred color, texture and sheen to the panel construction and intended environment.

Select a process

Options include PVC film, PET film, powder coating, water-based paint, PVDF and wood-grain transfer. Availability is checked for the required panel and appearance.

Describe the visible result

State color, texture, sheen, grain direction and visible faces. A screenshot can help shortlist an appearance, but a physical sample is the production reference.

Review the environment

For outdoor or demanding exposure, review the complete panel, finish, bond, edges and fixing system together. PVDF and wood-grain transfer are available options; their suitability is confirmed for the selected configuration and project conditions.

Approve the sample

Confirm the finish process and physical sample alongside panel dimensions, construction and quantity. Use the QTM collection code to identify your selection. If a RAL or Pantone match is required, include that requirement for sample review.
