All-aluminum honeycomb panel structure

Front and back aluminum skins are bonded to an aluminum honeycomb core. Each skin can be specified independently to suit the panel requirement.

Aluminum skins

Front and back aluminum skin thicknesses can be specified independently. Each side is available from 0.3 to 2.0 mm.

Honeycomb foil

Standard aluminum honeycomb foil thickness: 0.03 mm.

Hexagon side length

The 3 × 3, 4 × 4, 5 × 5 and 6 × 6 mm options refer to the side length of each hexagon in the honeycomb core.
