1. Overall panel thickness
Specify a finished panel thickness between 5 and 65 mm. This is the combined thickness of both skins, the honeycomb core and bonding layers.

Six details make a panel inquiry quotable
A clear request identifies the complete panel construction—not only the overall thickness. Use the six points below when contacting Qitianmei.
2. Front aluminum skin
Choose a front skin from 0.3 to 2.0 mm. This side may carry the selected decorative surface.
3. Back aluminum skin
Choose a back skin from 0.3 to 2.0 mm. It may be different from the front skin thickness.
4. Panel size
The standard size is 1220 × 2440 mm. Custom sizes can be discussed up to 1550 mm wide and 5000 mm long.
5. Core and finish
The standard honeycomb foil thickness is 0.03 mm. Cell options 3 × 3, 4 × 4, 5 × 5 and 6 × 6 mm describe the side length of each hexagonal cell. Select the required surface finish separately.
6. Quantity and mix
The MOQ is 300 m². Different panel and skin thicknesses may be combined; mixing different surface processes is discussed case by case.
